Build. Integrate. Automate. Scale. One team for the whole lifecycle.
Manual work that never ends
Invoices typed by hand, bookings copied between tools, reports rebuilt every month. Your team spends its best hours on work software should do.
Tools that do not talk
CRM, email, calendar, payments, spreadsheets: each one holds a piece of the truth. Nobody sees the whole picture, so decisions wait.
AI, but where?
Everyone says add AI. Few can point at the workflow, the data and the measurable result. We can, and we show you in five minutes.

Notes from the build floor
Adding AI to legacy software without a rewrite
A rewrite turns a small improvement into a project that competes with everything else you wanted this year. Three patterns put new behaviour beside an old system instead: a documented boundary the AI never bypasses, retrieval over data you already hold, and a sidecar with a human gate.
AI agents for SMEs: what they can do in 2026, and what they can't yet
An agent is a loop with tools and limits, not a chatbot. Four patterns that are dependable now, four that still need a person, the three limits that surprise teams after the pilot works, and how to start beside your team instead of betting the business on it.
Which business process should you automate first?
The useful first question is not where you could use AI. It is which repeated decision costs you the most attention. Four filters, a scoring line you can run in an afternoon, three shapes the work usually takes, and a two-week plan that tells you whether the candidate is real.
Questions we hear on every call
What does an AI-driven software house do?
We design, build, integrate, modernize, secure and maintain software where AI does real work: agents that handle customer conversations, pipelines that read documents, dashboards that stay fresh. We have delivered more than 100 products; the 13 we can name publicly are listed in the work section, across SaaS, fintech, tourism, real estate and developer tools.
How does the 5-minute growth call work?
You book a slot, we ask about your workflows and tools, and we point at the two or three places where automation or AI would pay back fastest. No slides, no pitch. If it makes sense to continue, we propose a scoped next step in writing.
What happens after the call?
You get a short written summary of what we would automate first, why, and roughly how. If you want to proceed, we agree a fixed scope or a sprint plan, then start with a discovery session. Nothing is billed until you sign off on a scope.
Do you work with existing software or only new builds?
Both. Much of our work adds AI to systems companies already run: an API layer over a legacy backend, retrieval over existing documents, an agent beside a CRM. We modernize in steps so the business keeps running while it improves.
How do you price projects?
Two ways: a fixed price for a defined scope, or sprint-based work when the scope will evolve. Every quote lists what is included, what is not, and the timeline. We publish no rate card; each proposal is written for the work at hand.
Which industries do you serve?
Professional services, e-commerce, real estate, hospitality and travel, healthcare, education, logistics, finance and software companies. The products we have shipped include invoicing, booking, CRM, monitoring, support and document-processing tools, so most business workflows are familiar ground.
Where are you based and how do you work across time zones?
We are based in Karachi and work with clients in Pakistan, the GCC, the UK and EU, and the US. Work happens in shared tools with written updates every day, a live demo every week, and calls scheduled inside your working hours.
Who owns the code and data?
You do, from day one. Code lives in a repository you control, infrastructure runs in your accounts, and every handover comes with documentation and a runbook. We keep nothing you would need to ask us for later.
