Turns Notion pages into a searchable, branded help center with an AI assistant that answers from the same articles. Used by more than a thousand customers.
The problem
A company writes its documentation in Notion because that is where the team already works, then needs it to be a help center: branded, searchable, quick, and findable in a search engine. Copying it into a second tool means maintaining two versions, and the second version is always the stale one — so the documentation is either good or public, rarely both.
The first call
One thing settled the architecture: Notion stays the source. The site is a rendering of the workspace rather than an import of it, so an edit in Notion is a publish and nobody learns a second editor. The answer layer was scoped in the same conversation — it responds from those articles and from nothing else.
What we built
A renderer that turns Notion pages into a branded, fast help center with its own search, and an answer layer that replies from the same articles and points at the page it used. Writers keep writing where they were already writing; readers get a site that loads quickly and that a search engine can index.
How they run today
Documentation is edited in Notion and published by saving. Readers search or ask, and the answer comes back with the article behind it, so a wrong answer is traceable to a page somebody can go and fix.
What changed
The gap between what the team knows and what a customer can find closed. Support now hears about the questions the articles do not cover rather than the ones they do, and the fix for those is writing, which this team was already good at.
