Privacy policy

What we collect when you visit or contact us, why, how long we keep it, who processes it, and your rights.

Last updated: on publication. This draft is for owner review.

Who we are

{{LEGAL_ENTITY}} ("we") operates this website. Registered address: {{ADDRESS}}. Privacy contact: {{EMAIL}}.

What we collect when you visit

With your consent, our own analytics record: pages viewed; the referring site and how you arrived (direct, search, social, referral, email or campaign parameters); landing and exit pages; device type, operating system and browser; screen size, language and time zone; the country and network organisation derived from your IP address; how far you scroll and which sections of a page you reach; clicks on calls to action and outbound links; form starts, submissions and abandons; video plays; active time on a page; how long the visit lasts; whether you have visited before; and JavaScript errors.

Without consent we keep no record of your visit. Your browser holds an essential session identifier until you close the tab, and our server adds to whole-site daily totals — pages viewed, sections reached, calls to action clicked. Those totals are counts and nothing else: they are not linked to you, to your device, to your network or to any identifier, and no profile of your visit is stored until you consent.

What we never collect

  • Your raw IP address. We store a salted hash that cannot be reversed, and we use it only to group visits and to look up a country and network organisation.

  • Device fingerprints.

  • Keystrokes, or the contents of form fields before you submit them. The founder application saves a draft of your answers in your own browser so that a reload does not lose them; it reaches us only when you press send, and the cookie policy lists it.

What we collect when you contact us

Contact, booking, calculator, quote and founder-application forms collect the details you enter: name, email, company, phone (optional), your message, and for founder applications the idea, stage, users, links, timeline, budget band and preferred model. We use them to reply and to prepare a proposal. We may add public information about your company found from your email domain (site title, mail provider, logo).

Cookies and storage

The cookie policy lists every cookie and browser-storage key this site sets, with the store it lives in, what it is for and how long it lasts.

How long we keep data

  • Analytics: 90 days, then deleted or aggregated.

  • Form submissions and applications: until you ask us to delete them, or 24 months after our last contact.

  • Admin audit records: 12 months.

Who processes data for us

  • Google Firebase: database and admin authentication.

  • Cloudinary: image and video delivery.

  • IPinfo: country and network lookup from a hashed request, never stored with your IP.

  • Vercel: hosting and request logs.

  • Google Analytics: only if enabled by us and consented to by you.

Geolocation by IPinfo. Country and network organisation are looked up with IPinfo Lite (ipinfo.io).

Your rights

You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to processing, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Write to {{EMAIL}}. You may also complain to the data-protection authority in {{JURISDICTION}}.

Changes

We update this policy when our processing changes and show the date of the last change at the top.
