Booking pages, availability and payments for tour operators and small tourism businesses, without marketplace commissions. Guests book directly; operators keep the margin and the relationship.
The problem
A small tour operator sells through marketplaces because that is where the travellers are, and hands over a commission on every booking plus the relationship behind it. The guest belongs to the platform. Raising prices to cover the fee loses the listing to the operator next door who has not raised theirs yet.
The first call
We asked what an operator would need in order to take a booking directly and trust it: availability that cannot be double-sold, a payment they receive rather than one that is held, and a page a traveller in another language can finish without help. Those three became the build, and the marketplace became a channel rather than the channel.
What we built
Booking pages with real availability, payments that reach the operator without a marketplace cut, and a multi-language flow so a guest books in their own language. The operator keeps the margin and the guest details, which is what makes a second visit possible at all.
How they run today
Direct bookings arrive on the operator's own page and settle into their own payment account. Availability is one calendar, so a direct booking and a marketplace booking cannot collide.
What changed
Commission stopped being the price of being findable. Operators keep more of every direct sale and, for the first time, keep the guest relationship — the thing a marketplace has never been willing to hand back.
