A support and lead-capture assistant businesses train on their own content in minutes: website pages, Notion, PDFs and Google Drive. It answers questions, collects leads and hands off to a person.

The problem

A small software team answers the same product questions all day, in a widget, by email and in a shared inbox. The answers already exist — in the site, in Notion, in a folder of PDFs — but they exist where the customer cannot find them and where a new hire has to be told about them. Support quality tracks whoever happens to be online.

The first call

The question was not which model to use, it was where the truth lives. We listed the places an answer may legitimately come from and the places it must never come from, and agreed that anything the assistant could not source from those documents would go to a person rather than be guessed at.

What we built

A retrieval pipeline that indexes a company's own site, Notion pages, PDFs and Drive files; an embeddable assistant that answers from that index and says nothing it did not read; and a lead hand-off, so a question that turns out to be a sales conversation becomes a captured lead instead of a closed tab. Setting it up is content work, not code.

How they run today

A business points the assistant at its own material and it is answering within minutes; when the material changes, the index follows. The team reads the conversations it could not answer automatically, which is also the list of what to write next.

What changed

Support stopped being a function of who is awake. Repeat questions are handled, unusual ones reach a person with the context attached, and the widget that deflects a support ticket captures the visitor who was there to buy.
