Agents that handle guest communication, pricing and day-to-day operations for property managers, so a small team can run more listings without more inbox time.

The problem

A property manager's day is the inbox. Guest questions arrive at every hour and most of them have the same handful of answers; pricing gets reviewed when there is time, which means late. Every listing added makes both worse, so the team stops adding listings — the business is capped not by demand but by how many messages a small team can read in a day.

The first call

We asked how a normal day actually runs: who reads the messages first, what they answer without thinking, and what they have to look up. The answers given without thinking were the whole of the first build. Pricing came second on purpose — it moves revenue, so the guest side had to be working and trusted before anything touched a rate.

What we built

Agents that handle guest communication end to end, with a hand-off to a person the moment a question leaves the script, and a pricing surface that proposes rates from the same operational data instead of a separate spreadsheet. The workflows are the product: what an agent may answer, what it must escalate, and what it may change on its own.

How they run today

Messages are answered as they arrive rather than in a batch later, and the manager reads the exceptions instead of the queue. Pricing is a decision someone confirms, not a task someone remembers. Adding a listing is a configuration change now, not another shift of inbox time.

What changed

The cap moved. The same small team runs more properties without the day getting longer, and the work left for a person is the part that needed a person: the awkward booking, the complaint, the rate somebody wants to argue about.
