About $1.2K/month in reported revenue

Indie Hackers, as of September 2026

One workspace for small businesses: contacts, quotes, invoices, projects, time tracking, payments and expenses, with the reporting a small team needs at month end.

The problem

A small business runs its month across whatever tools it collected on the way: contacts in one, quotes in another, invoices in a third, hours wherever they get written down, expenses last of all. Nothing reconciles, so month end is a reconstruction. The owner is the integration layer, and it is the part of the week they resent most.

The first call

We mapped the month rather than the feature list: quote, work, time, invoice, payment, expense, report. Everything that crossed a tool boundary inside that loop was a candidate to bring in; everything that did not was left alone. One workspace for the loop, not a replacement for every tool the business owns.

What we built

One workspace covering contacts, quotes, invoices, projects, time tracking, payments and expenses, with the reporting a small team needs at month end. The pieces share a customer and a project, so hours logged against work become a line on an invoice without being typed twice.

How they run today

The month closes inside one product. Quotes become projects, hours become invoices, payments and expenses land against the same records, and the report at the end is something to read rather than something to rebuild.

What changed

The owner stopped being the glue. The hours that went into moving numbers between tools went back into the business, and the month-end figure is there when the month ends rather than after a reconstruction.
